As a mom of three children under six, writing my blog, coupons, and some alone time with my hubby, I can never seem to find the time to get in a good workout. And, now more than ever, us moms want to tone up to get into that little tankini. And, forget paying the cost of a gym membership, we're on a tight budget nowadays. So, what can be done about this? I get up before the kiddo wakes up so I can get my workout in before mommy time starts. I also park as far away as possible, take the stairs, and go for walks with the kiddo. You have to try to work in working out whenever you can! :)

I haven't been doing very well at finding time in my day to work out/stay in shape. Once our move to a new house is complete in a few weeks, I'm hoping the weather will be nice so I can get my newborn out for walks every day.

Time for a workout, ha! I have a four month old and work full time! He is my workout, lol, he is a hefty baby, 21 lbs to be exact, so I use him as my weigts! I also go for a fast walk after he goes down at night, while the hubby is at home of course!

I have a gym in my apartment complex so it works out great. No one is ever in it so it's like my own gym. I can also do laundry while working out and kill two bird with one stone.

My daughter and I do "dance parties" at night. She is 4 years old and has a lot of energy to burn off. I get my aerobic exercise in and she loses some energy before bed.

I always park far away from the stores I shop at and take long walks nearly every night. When I'm really stressed I'll do some yoga and that always helps.

My day is pretty busy so it is hard to get that workout in. I walk the dog twice a day, I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I park in the back of the parking lots so I have to walk.....

I get up early in the morning and do my yoga exercises and walking on the treadmill. If not, the day seems to get too busy and I don't find the time to exercise.

I work exercise into my day in any way I can! For instance, I ALWAYS take the stairs at work (even when I'm going to a meeting on the ninth floor). I take the dog for extra-long walks. It adds up!

I don't find time in the day and I'm not fit :( BUT I have a plan! As soon as it's warm enough I'm going to start with walking laps around our new above-ground pool.

I used to walk (treadmill) every morning but new baby kinda threw me off schedule. I need to get back!

I wake up early to exercise and I do it in my home with DVDs so I don't feel the need to drive somewhere and waste gas and time that way. It also gives me an active start to my day. The hard part is the motivation to get up early though, lol!

I will not lie I am a couch potato. I just recently started to do something about my status when I hit my all time high. I take 1 hour a day for me time I go walk and do different weights and workouts.

Thanking you for posting such a wonderful contest. I would love to win Shape. My routine is pretty basic, I walk the dog three times a day for 20 minutes. I also play with my son at the park every day for about 30 minutes. I would like to have a better routine.

Walking /jogging is the easiest way to slim down especially in the summer time. Its a great quick and easy cardio work out that gets your blood pumping and is as easy as pudding the kiddo in the carriage and taking off!
