I get up before the kiddo wakes up so I can get my workout in before mommy time starts. I also park as far away as possible, take the stairs, and go for walks with the kiddo. You have to try to work in working out whenever you can! :)

I haven't been doing very well at finding time in my day to work out/stay in shape. Once our move to a new house is complete in a few weeks, I'm hoping the weather will be nice so I can get my newborn out for walks every day.

Time for a workout, ha! I have a four month old and work full time! He is my workout, lol, he is a hefty baby, 21 lbs to be exact, so I use him as my weigts! I also go for a fast walk after he goes down at night, while the hubby is at home of course!

To be honest, most days I don't do anything to stay fit. I sit at a desk in my home all day, working. Bad momma.
When I can, I do go to the gym
My day is pretty busy so it is hard to get that workout in. I walk the dog twice a day, I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I park in the back of the parking lots so I have to walk.....

I go to the gym to lift weights 2-3times a week and do cardio 2-3 times a week (usually running).
My co-worker & I go to Curves during our lunch so we avoid all the tempting fast-food for lunch.

I make time for my strength training exercises, doctors orders!
I work exercise into my day in any way I can! For instance, I ALWAYS take the stairs at work (even when I'm going to a meeting on the ninth floor). I take the dog for extra-long walks. It adds up!

You look great since seeing you on the biggest loser. I have four kids so if I can take a quick 30 minute walk with alittle jogging in it that is all I can do at the time being.
I get up at 4 am each and every day in order to fit my workout in. That way, no matter what else I get done or don't get done, it doesn't matter!

I wake up early to exercise and I do it in my home with DVDs so I don't feel the need to drive somewhere and waste gas and time that way. It also gives me an active start to my day. The hard part is the motivation to get up early though, lol!

I will not lie I am a couch potato. I just recently started to do something about my status when I hit my all time high. I take 1 hour a day for me time I go walk and do different weights and workouts.

I stay active by doing things I enjoy with my kids....walking, running, tennis, hiking, etc.

We live on a golf course so I take the kids for walks on the trails through the greens. We just have to try and go when it's not too crowded or it gets dodgey :)

Walking /jogging is the easiest way to slim down especially in the summer time. Its a great quick and easy cardio work out that gets your blood pumping and is as easy as pudding the kiddo in the carriage and taking off!
